West Lancashire Investment Centre was commissioned by West Lancashire Borough Council in 2002 having been awarded £5.2m by the Northwest Regional Development Agency and the European Regional Development Fund. Since opening its doors in January 2005, the Centre has become 'home' to a diverse range of private businesses from surveyors, I.T solution and business strategy providers to marketing agencies and distributors of medical equipment.
